Todd Wonkka is a Certified USPTA Tennis Professional and member of the USTA with over 13 years experience.  As the Head Tennis Instructor for North County Tennis Pro's, he conducts private and group lessons all over North San Diego County. Todd is also currently a Tennis Professional and assistant to the tennis director at the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.

He developed a love for tennis at age 11 through the influence of his mother who had played the sport as a junior and young adult.  After playing junior tennis Todd moved to Arizona and began attending a small community college. 

It wasn’t until after a knee injury kept him from playing for the team that he began his teaching career.  Over the last 13 years Todd has taught in Massachusetts, Colorado, Arizona, Los Angeles and now here in San Diego.  Todd has a wide variety of students in the San Diego area from beginners and novice players to club, highschool and top ranked So Cal juniors.
